Bij de eerste ontploffing werd je ruimtevaartcentrum weggevaagd. Je hebt nog precies drie uur voordat de hightech-wapensatelliet weer toeslaat... Aan jou de taak om dit te voorkomen. Een terreurgroep, die onder de naam Crying Lions schuilgaat, heeft GULF, de uiterst geheime wapensatelliet, weten te bemachtigen en genadeloos afgevuurd. De minister van Defensie is er zich van bewust dat hij zijn laatste troef moet uitspelen: hij geeft S.C.A.T. (Strategic Covert Actions Team) bevel om te mobiliseren. Zij moeten de Westham-basis infiltreren en de GULF-satelliet weer in handen zien te krijgen!

(the Strategic Cover Actions Team) to mobilise - their orders: infiltrate the base at Westham and retake control of the GULF satellite!

Der Verteidigungsminster weiß, daß er nur noch ein As im Ärmel hat - er befiehlt S.C.A.T. (dem Strategic Covert Actions Team) sich zu mobilisieren - Ihre Einsatzbefehle. Stürmen des Kontrollzentrums in Westham und die Zurückeroberung der Kontrolle über DAMOCLES.
