American video game developer and publisher founded in 1983, it quickly gained popularity with its PC, Commodore 64 and Amiga games. During the 1990s, it was bought and sold several times, regularly changing its head office and name. Finally, it was taken over in 2001 by a French businessman who relocated the company to France and specialized it in the publishing of educational and family video games.
