The game has been cancelled because the development was taking too much delay and it couldn't have been ready before the end of Nintendo 64's lifespan. According to some websites, some elements of the game could have been reused in Rogue Ops, released on GameCube, Xbox and PlayStation 2, but the developers denied this possibility.
